All physical artworks offered by Nash Gallery are sold as unique, original secondary-market items. While title to the physical asset passes to the buyer upon purchase, underlying image copyrights remain the property of the respective artists or their legal estates in accordance with Canadian Intellectual Property Law. Purchases do not grant commercial reproduction rights or digital licensing privileges of any kind.

We take complete professional responsibility for your artwork from our gallery walls to your door. Every original painting and vintage print is individually wrapped, double-boxed, and dispatched via premium courier services. For your total peace of mind, every shipment is fully covered by specialized All-Risk Fine Art Insurance with mandatory signature delivery required. In the rare event of transit damage or loss, Nash Gallery will manage the claim directly and issue a full resolution immediately.

Because our collection consists of historic, vintage, and secondary-market pieces, all sales are considered final. Fine art items are sold in “as-is” vintage condition, with all known provenance, framing specifications, and structural attributes clearly detailed on the individual listing pages. We invite collectors to contact the gallery directly with any specific questions regarding item condition prior to finalizing a purchase.
