Lucy Manley is a plein-air artist who prefers working with oil paints. A full-time painter since 1990, she is also an art educator, teaching at the college level and at workshop events. She is profiled in the book “The Artist of Kawartha” on pages 50 and 51. This book covers 32 contemporary artists working in the region, with illustrations and biographical information about each artist. Lucy Manley has been a member of the East Central Ontario Art Association (ECOAA) since 1979 and is represented by numerous art galleries.
